As an outdoor enthusiast, business leader, and entrepreneur, Rachael views challenges as opportunities to further personal growth. As a marathoner, triathlete, rock climber, and avid hiker, Rachael finds. balance and mental restoration in pushing her physical limits in nature—viewing physical strength and mental endurance as the foundation to her business leadership approach.

Rachael earned her B.A. in English at the University of Kentucky and her M.A. in Economics and Strategic Studies at Johns Hopkins University. Following her academic pursuits, Rachael led the Missile Defense. Agency’s leadership and Congressional liaison communications, working closely with Department of Defense leaders to secure congressional funding for the agency’s most ambitious missile testing programs.

After transitioning from government service, Rachael pivoted to the private sector to lead internal marketing and communications for Deloitte Consulting’s Office of the CEO, developing internal communications for a global practitioner base of 65k+ employees. Using her professional experience in the government and private sectors, Rachael founded her first company, The Play Nice Agency, offering marketing and branding services to Fortune 500 companies, global PR agencies and Tech companies, and small businesses.

With imagination, grit, and empathy, Rachael straddles the creative and business worlds, helping clients seize transformative business opportunities while delivering emotionally persuasive, enduring, and. inspirational brand identities to the world. Rachael is passionate about building human-centric businesses that support individuals in achieving and realizing their true potential to unleash the power of purpose and restore a sense of community in our isolated world.

As a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of the Insp1re team, Rachael is dedicated to building a values and purpose driven organization that enhances people’s wellness journey in a communal environment while offering trainers meaningful careers that support their professional freedom outside of the confines of corporate institutions.
