How do coaching and nutrition programs work with Insp1re?
At Insp1re, your journey begins with a coach who is not just a virtual entity but a real person engaging with you through the app’s text messaging and video chat features. Upon joining Insp1re, an initial kick-off call with your coach sets the stage, allowing them to dive deep into your preferences and goals. They remain an ever present source of support, offering motivation and guidance through direct messaging and video chats, ensuring you stay committed and focused on your fitness journey.
What if I don’t have a home gym or membership to a local gym?
No home gym or local gym membership? No problem. Our coaches excel in adapting to your specific situation, creating personalized training plans that utilize whatever workout resources you currently have. They might even recommend outdoor or group exercises that connect you with others on their wellness path. Insp1re’s core philosophy is to meet you exactly where you are in your life journey, ensuring we tailor our support to your circumstances, so you can concentrate on making progress.
Can I change my coach?
Certainly! During Insp1re’s detailed onboarding, we gather insights about your specific situation, objectives, and coaching preferences. We understand that the initial match might not always be the best long-term fit. Our goal is to support your wellness journey and cater to your needs, so if you’d like to make a different coach selection, we’ll work with you to ensure your perfect fit is delivered. Should you feel the need for a change, simply reach out to us at support@Insp1re.com, and we’ll collaborate with you to find a more suitable coach who aligns better with your needs.
What is Insp1re’s cancelation policy?
At Insp1re, our goal is to make personal fitness and wellness affordable, flexible, and customizable to meet your needs. There is no contract requirement for our services, and you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will expire at the last day of your chosen subscription package deadline, and you will not be charged for the next month.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 90 days. When you pause, you’ll retain access to the app until the end of your current subscription period. After that, while you won’t have access to the app, your account, including your matched trainer, training progress history, and any other logged information, will be preserved. When you’re ready to return, you can pick up right where you left off, seamlessly continuing your wellness journey.
Does Insp1re work when I’m traveling?
Insp1re is designed to support you even while traveling! The beauty of our virtual platform is that it ensures your coach is accessible wherever you may be. They’ll adapt your program to suit your on-the-move lifestyle, ensuring your wellness journey continues uninterrupted—no matter where you are.
I own a smartwatch. Can I integrate my smartwatch into my Insp1re account?
Certainly! Our platform is compatible with popular wearables such as Apple and Garmin, enabling you to sync your daily progress directly within the app. This integration allows for a seamless tracking experience, enhancing your journey with Insp1re.
What if I have an injury or special needs?
Communication is key! Your coach will tailor the program to your specific needs, including injuries, special cases, and even big life events like a promotion, or having a baby. It’s recommended to obtain your doctor’s approval to start a workout or nutrition program. Especially if you’re worried about an injury or special scenario with your body. It’s also very important that you communicate with us every step of the way, so your coach alter your program accordingly. Our coaches have experience customizing programs and scaling them appropriately for previous injuries, skill levels, etc. We will work in the scope of fitness and personal training to keep you safe as possible and refer you to an appropriate professional (inside or outside of Insp1re) if it falls outside of the scope of our coaching services.
